Knead flour, sugar, nut nougat cream and egg first with the dough hooks of the mixer, then quickly with your hands. Form about 20 balls from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, then press flat. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 15 minutes. Let them cool down.
Flatten the dough balls with the bottom of a water glass (about 1 cm thick).
