Ingredients

  • 75 g Butter
  • 100 g dried cranberries
  • 80 g gluten-free oats
  • 50 g crushed almonds
  • 30 g Maize starch
  • 50 g Rice flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 100 g liquid honey
  • baking paper

Directions

    Heat the butter in a small pot and let it cool down a little. Roughly chop the cranberries. Mix oat flakes, ground almonds, starch, rice flour and baking powder. Add honey and liquid butter and mix everything well. Mix in the cranberries.

    Form approx. 14 small piles from the dough with two tablespoons and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes. Let cool on a cake rack.
