  • 1 disc (100 g) detached pork chop
  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 35 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 1 egg (size M)

  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Wash the tomatoes and, except for 1 for garnishing, cut them in half. Dice the smoked pork. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes finely. Grate cheese. Whisk egg and cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

  2. 2

Place potatoes, cured pork loin, tomatoes and broccoli in a greased ovenproof dish and pour the egg-cream over them. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 30-35 minutes. In the meantime, wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Cut the remaining tomato in half. Sprinkle the gratin with parsley and serve garnished with tomato halves
