Ingredients

  • 1 Basil stalk
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 (approx. 80 g) medium sized tomato
  • 100 g fat-reduced feta cheese (12 % fat in dry matter)
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g each) low-fat yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 discs (45 g each) Wholemeal rye bread

Directions

    Wash the basil, shake dry and chop finely. Clean and wash spring onion and cut into rings. Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomato. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Mix tomato, spring onion and basil

    Coarsely mash the cheese with a fork. Mix yoghurt, cheese and half of the tomato mix, season with salt and pepper. Spread the cheese cream on the bread slices and sprinkle with the remaining tomato mix
