Ingredients

  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 300 g Savoy cabbage
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 100 g lean mince
  • 1/8 l clear broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, paprika

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes. Peel onion, wash tomatoes. Dice everything. Clean, wash and chop the savoy cabbage

    Heat the oil. Fry the minced meat, potatoes and onion. Add savoy cabbage and tomatoes. Deglaze with stock, season. Stew for about 15 minutes at medium heat
