Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Clean, wash and chop the soup greens. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Peppers clean, wash and cut into small pieces.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Put the beans on a sieve and let them drain. Heat the oil in a pot. Brown the meat for 2-3 minutes. Add soup greens, potatoes, paprika and garlic.
Add tomato paste, dried marjoram, beans and tomatoes. Chop the tomatoes slightly. Pour in the stock. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Bring everything to the boil and let it boil for about 15 minutes. Fill soup into bowls and sprinkle with pepper.
Decorate with marjoram leaves.
