Sprayed puree and vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g Carrots
  • 150 g Spring onions
  • 200 g Salmon ham
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime peel carrots and cut them into slices. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into rings.

    Pre-cook the prepared vegetables in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes and drain. Dice the smoked ham. Drain potato water. Add milk and quark to the potatoes. Mash everything carefully.

    Season with nutmeg. Pour into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout. Spray spiral lines into an ovenproof dish. Leave small spaces between the lines. Fill with vegetables and ham.

    Spread the puree with egg yolk. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200°/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes.
