Peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean and wash the peppers, zucchini and broccoli. Cut the bell peppers and zucchini into small pieces. Cut broccoli into small florets. Heat oil in a pot.
Sauté the garlic and vegetables. Add broth, noodles and marjoram, bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Season minestrone with salt and pepper and put it on a plate. Garnish with marjoram and parmesan slices.
Add baguette.
