  • 400 g Steak rumps Steakhüfte
  • 20 g dried mu-err mushrooms
  • 1 Carrot Möhre
  • 150 g Sweet peas
  • 100 g Bean sprouts
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil Öl
  • 1 TABLESPOON Curry Powder
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Cut the meat into strips. Let the mushrooms swell briefly in hot water. Peel carrot. Wash and clean the mangetouts. Cut both into small pieces. Wash the sprouts. Clean, wash and chop the peppers

    Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the meat in it, take it out. Sauté vegetables in the frying fat for 6-8 minutes. Dust with curry, add coconut milk. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season strongly with salt and pepper and arrange on plates
