Hamburger in baguette roll

Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion
  • 120 g Beef mince
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Low-fat curd
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sunflower oil
  • 1/2 Fig
  • 2 Salad leaves
  • 1 TEASPOON Fig mustard sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 small baguette roll

Directions

    For the hamburger onion peel, cut in half horizontally and finely dice 1 half. Knead minced meat, diced onion, curd and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Form minced meat into 2 meatballs. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs for approx. 8 minutes while turning

    Cut the remaining onion into rings. Clean the figs and cut into slices. Clean, wash and shake the salad dry. Mix fig mustard sauce and yoghurt. Cut the bread roll open. Cover with sauce, salad, hamburgers, fig slices and onion rings. Season with pepper
