Ingredients

  • 4 small carrots
  • 1 small stick of leek (leek)
  • 3 TSP clear vegetable broth (instant)
  • 2 stem(s) curly parsley
  • 40 g Soup peas

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the carrots. Clean the leek, halve lengthwise, wash and cut into small pieces. Boil 800 ml water. Add vegetable stock and vegetables and cook for about 8 minutes. Wash and roughly chop the parsley. Pour stock into plates. Serve sprinkled with fried peas and parsley
