Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Mix with lemon juice, pepper and herbs
If necessary, defrost the tuna, wash and pat dry. Spread the seasoning mixture over it and let it stand for a while
Drizzle tuna with oil. Either wrapped in aluminium foil or grill directly on the hot grill for 8-10 minutes. Turn carefully once. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired
