Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 1.5 kg mixed mince
  • 1 egg, 1 tablespoon medium hot mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, fat
  • 3 small peppers (e.g. red)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 200 g Sheep or feta cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp black olives, pickled peppers and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbs

    225 °C/air circulation: 200 °C/gas: level 4) Bake for approx. 30 minutes

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut cheese into thin slices

    Take out the pizza and let it cool down briefly. Then cut into about 20 pieces. Cover half with tomatoes and mozzarella, the rest with paprika and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at the same temperature for about 10 minutes. Garnish
