Drain the pineapple and collect the juice. Mix the seasoning marinade, 2 tablespoons of warm water, 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon of oil. Wash, dry and dice the meat. Mix with the marinade and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes
Cut the pineapple into pieces, except for 2 slices. Roll up the bacon. Put 2 bacon rolls, pineapple pieces and diced turkey breast alternately on the skewers
Place all skewers next to each other on an oiled baking tray and brush with the remaining marinade if necessary. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Turn the skewers halfway through the frying time and fry until done. Arrange on the remaining pineapple slices. Serve with a mixed salad
