Ingredients

  • 300 g Frozen French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sweet paprika
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 yellow and 1 red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme

Directions

    Cook the frozen beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

    Dab meat dry and dice. Fry all around in hot oil. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces. Peel and slice the onion. Fry both briefly together with the beans. Add 7-8 tablespoons of water, season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Simmer for about 5 minutes. Wash the thyme, remove the leaves and fold in. Serve with sour cream.
