Ingredients

  • 1 kg Tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 300 g Mini-Mozzarella balls
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 75 ml light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Wash and dice 1 kg of tomatoes. Peel 4 cloves of garlic, chop finely. Drain 300 g mini mozzarella balls. Wash 1 bunch of basil, remove leaves. Mix everything. Mix in 100 ml olive oil and 75 ml light balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
