Tomato and bean salad

Ingredients

  • 750 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Vegetable Onion
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Essig White Balsamic
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 750 g Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Wash the savory, dab dry and bind together. Wash the beans, drain well, clean and break through. Put the beans and savory in boiling salted water and cook covered for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile peel and roughly dice the onion. Mix 6 tablespoons of vinegar, salt and pepper, add oil and finally mix in the onion cubes. Pour the beans onto a sieve, rinse with cold water and drain.

    Remove the savory. Mix the warm beans with the vinaigrette, let it cool down and let it soak through. Wash and drain the tomatoes and cut them roughly into pieces. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Mix tomatoes and chives into the infused salad and season with salt, pepper and possibly a little vinegar. Arrange in a large bowl
