Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 10 discs Sandwich toast
  • 10 TSP Butter or margarine
  • 10 discs (25 g each) cooked ham (3 % fat)
  • 2 1/2 can(s) (each 446 ml) Pineapple in slices (20 slices)
  • 10 discs (25 g each) Toast slices cheese
  • 40 Cocktail cherries (glass)
  • baking paper

Directions

    Toast the toast, let it cool down a little, spread with fat and cut into quarters. Drain the pineapple. Cut ham, cheese and pineapple slices into quarters. Put a piece of ham on each quarter of bread, then 2 pieces of pineapple and finally 1 piece of cheese.

    Place slices of toast on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake briefly under the preheated grill until the cheese has melted. Arrange on a plate and garnish with 1 cocktail cherry
