Toast the toast, let it cool down a little, spread with fat and cut into quarters. Drain the pineapple. Cut ham, cheese and pineapple slices into quarters. Put a piece of ham on each quarter of bread, then 2 pieces of pineapple and finally 1 piece of cheese.
