Small pizzas with chopped & tomato

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 250 g mixed mince
  • 6 TABLESPOONS oil, salt, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 225 g + some flour
  • 3 crossed out. Tsp baking powder
  • 125 g Low-fat curd
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • baking paper

Directions

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Wash, quarter, seed and dice the tomatoes

    Fry the minced meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Fry the tomato paste, spring onions and tomatoes briefly. Season to taste and let cool down a little

    Mix 225 g flour and baking powder. Add quark, 5 tablespoons of oil, milk and about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and knead everything smooth. Form dough on little flour to a roll and cut into 6 pieces. Form round pizzas and put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper

    Spread the chopping mass on the dough circles. Coarsely grate the cheese and sprinkle over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes

    Drink: red country wine
