Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 50 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 2 packages (200 g each) Double cream cream cheese
  • 5 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried herbs of Provence
  • 6 (approx. 1250 g) Meat Tomatoes
  • 1 package (400 g) Pizza dough from the fresh food counter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Onions peel, finely dice. Dice the bacon as well. Leave it crispy in a pan. Whisk onions, bacon, cream cheese and eggs. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs. Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into thicker slices.

    Grease a small deep baking tray (23x38 cm). Roll out the pizza dough and put it inside. Cover with tomato slices. Pour cream cheese mixture over the pizza dough in between. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 30-35 minutes. Then cut into small (16-18) pieces
