Wash the tomatoes and dab them dry. Grate mountain cheese. Place a large sheet of baking paper on a work surface and dust with flour. Unroll the pizza dough with the baking parchment and place the dough side on the floured baking parchment.
Remove the baking paper from the pizza dough.
Spread the cheese evenly on the pizza dough, leaving a 2 cm wide edge on the upper long side. Cover loosely with the ham slices. Place cherry tomatoes in a row on the lower long side, approx. 4 cm from the edge.
Place the 4 cm wide edge over the cherry tomatoes and roll the dough tightly. With the seam side down, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 35 minutes. Mix sour cream and curry. Season with salt and pepper and fill into a bowl.
Dust with curry. Cut the finished ham and cheese roll into slices. Tastes hot and cold.
