Ingredients

  • 100 g pitted, green and black olives
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 400 g Cream cheese double cream level
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 packages (400 g each) fresh baked pizza dough (yeast dough with olive oil; rolled out rectangularly on baking paper ready to bake; 37 x 25 cm; refrigerated shelf)
  • 12 discs Parma ham
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil and flour

Directions

    Coarsely chop the olives. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash oregano, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Mix prepared ingredients, cream cheese and tomato paste.

    Season with pepper. Cut mozzarella into slices.

    Unroll the dough on the work surface. Spread cream on top, cover with half of the mozzarella and ham. Roll up the doughs from the long side and cut into approx. 6 pieces. Put them into an oil-spread and floured springform pan (approx. 26 cm Ø) with the cut surface facing upwards.

    Grate the parmesan and sprinkle over the dough. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove from the pan and serve.
