Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 250 g soft camembert
  • 1 small onion
  • 5 TABLESPOONS soft butter
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 50 g dried pickled tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sweet paprika
  • 200 g Blue cheese
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 300 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 100 ml latte, un po' di timo

Directions

    Cut the camembert into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead both with butter and sour cream with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cut tomatoes into strips and mix into the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika

    For the blue cheese dip:

    Mash the blue cheese and cream. Season with pepper

    For the goat cheese dip:

    Dice the bacon, fry until crispy and drain. Mix with goat cheese and milk. Season with salt, pepper and thymia
