Ingredients

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 75 g Chorizo sausage
  • 100 g Manchego cheese
  • 1 pack of Baguette rolls for ready baking (4 pieces, 300 g)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • baking paper
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes, grate them dry, clean and slice them. Cut off the paprika ends. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into rings. Sausage and cheese in thin

    Cut baguettes in half horizontally. Peel garlic, press it through a garlic press and mix with oil. Brush the cut surfaces of the rolls with it. Cover the bottom of the rolls with tomatoes, paprika, sausage and cheese.

    Place the halves on top and press on.

    Place baguettes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 10-15 minutes. Remove the rolls, cut them in half diagonally and fix them with wooden skewers.
