  • 4 discs Toast
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 1 Pear
  • 4 discs cooked ham
  • 4 discs Gouda cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cranberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

    Toast slices of toast in a toaster and brush with butter. Wash and quarter the pear and remove the core. Cut quarter into slices. Cover each toast slice with Sch

    Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 4 minutes. Place 1 tbsp. cranberries on each toast and garnish with chives.
