Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) (à 185 g) Tuna in oil
  • 1 glass (106 ml) Capers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Drain the tuna and capers. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Puree with sour cream and half the tuna

    the rest of the tuna finely chopped and with the capers

    into the sour cream. Season to taste piquant
