Gratinated pork loin with pineapple and pepper cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Sliced pineapple
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cornstarch
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp white and black pepper
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 6 discs released pork chop (à approx. 125 g)
  • 50 g grated gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Drain the pineapple slices. Stir 4 tablespoons of milk and starch until smooth. Bring cream cheese, cream and 6 tbsp. milk to the boil. Add the starch while stirring and bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with white and black pepper.

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Cover meat slices with pineapple and spring onions. Layer in a greased casserole dish. Spread sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes.
