Ingredients

  • 8 medium-sized potatoes
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 16 Cornichons
  • 8 discs Raclette cheese
  • 8 Cattle Minute Steaks

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil them in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and peel. Mix sour cream and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Drain the gherkins, cut each one diagonally in half. Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into small pieces. Break the potatoes apart so that they break into small pieces

    Cut the meat into strips and season with salt and pepper. Fry steak sticks on the grill plate of the raclette machine for approx. 2 minutes, turning once. Place potatoes, gherkins and steak strips in the pans. Pour the sour cream in splodges and cheese on top. Season with pepper. Bake under the hot raclette grill for approx. 5 minutes
