  • 2 packs (à 400 g) fresh baked pizza dough (yeast dough with olive oil; rolled out rectangularly on baking paper ready for baking; 37 x 25 cm; refrigerated shelf)

Directions

    Unroll the pizza dough. Cut the dough sheets into 8 rectangles (approx. 9 x 12 cm) each. Cut each rectangle into 4 longish strips. Place 4 strips together to form the number 2016, pressing them lightly together.

    Spread on 4 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) one after the other for approx. 12 minutes.
