Cut fillet into thin slices or 6 steaks. Cut pork belly into approx. 18 thick strips. Cut shrimps possibly at the back and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns and pat them dry. Clean, wash and slice mushrooms and courgettes. Wash and halve the tomatoes
Arrange all prepared ingredients. Grill at table on the hot oiled grill while turning: thin slices of fillet for 2-3 minutes, steaks for about 8 minutes, pork belly, shrimps and vegetables for about 4 minutes. Served with: baguette
