Ingredients

  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 package (200 g) light cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g small tomatoes (about 10 pieces)
  • 100 g mild, sweet-sour peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olives and basil

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix with cream cheese, salt a little. Clean and wash the tomatoes. Cut off a small lid. Carefully hollow out about half of the inside.

    Carve the pepperoni lengthwise and remove the seeds. Pour cream into a piping bag with a small perforated nozzle. Pour into the tomatoes and pepperoni. Serve with olives and fresh basil
