Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and chop the onion. Knead with minced meat, the squeezed out roll and 1 egg. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Roughly grate the cheese, knead it evenly under the meat dough and form 4 meatballs.
Heat 30 g fat in a pan and fry the meatballs for 10-15 minutes, turning them over. Fry 4 eggs in 20 g fat until they are fried. Season with salt and pepper and arrange on the meatballs.
Cover with deep-sea crabs and garnish with parsley.
