  • 600 g Turkey breast (without skin and bone)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 100 g liquid honey
  • 15 g Sambal Oelek

  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 3-4 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Meanwhile roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden and take them out of the pan. For the sauce, mix honey, sambal oelek, ketchup and remaining garlic. Season to taste with pepper, chilli powder and soy sauce.

Remove the meat from the marinade and let it drain. Put meat strips on skewers. Heat oil in a pan and fry skewers in it in two portions at medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.

  5. 5

Remove from the pan and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds. Serve the sauce garnished with coriander green as desired.
