  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 6-8 discs Bacon
  • 4 Hamburger roll with sesame seeds
  • 6 Tl Ketchup
  • 6 Tl medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

  1. 1

Bake French fries in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 18-22 minutes. Soak toast in cold water. Peel onions and finely dice one onion.

  2. 2

Wash the parsley, dab dry and chop the leaves finely. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion cubes for 1-2 minutes, then add the parsley. Remove the pan from the stove. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices.

  3. 3

Cut 1-2 onions into thin slices. Clean, wash and drain the salad well. Knead minced meat, egg, tomato puree, squeezed bread, diced onion and parsley. Season the minced mass with salt, pepper and chilli and form into 4 flat burgers with wet hands.

  4. 4

Heat the grill pan and brush with oil. Grill burgers on both sides for 4-5 minutes. In the meantime, cut bacon strips in half and let them crisp in a pan, then drain them on kitchen paper. Cut the rolls in half and toast them on the toaster.

  5. 5

Spread the lower halves of the rolls with 1-2 teaspoons of ketchup each, then cover with salad, half of the onion rings and bacon strips and one burger each. Spread 1-2 teaspoons of mustard on each burger and cover with the remaining bacon strips, onion rings and the tomato slices.

  6. 6

Season tomatoes with coarse pepper and salt and finish with the top of the roll. Season chips with salt and paprika powder.
