Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 TABLESPOON + 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vanilla Liqueur
  • 50–60 g Ladyfingers
  • 400 g Greek yoghurt (10% fat in dry matter)

Directions

    Mix berries and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and defrost in a sieve. Mix milk and liqueur. Cut the lady fingers into small pieces (size of the glass bottom)

    Mix yoghurt and 1 teaspoon sugar. Spread the lady fingers on the glasses and sprinkle with the liqueur milk. First put berries, then the yoghurt into the glasses. Sprinkle yoghurt with approx. 1/2 tsp. sugar each and caramel with the gas burner.
