Mix berries and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and defrost in a sieve. Mix milk and liqueur. Cut the lady fingers into small pieces (size of the glass bottom)
Mix yoghurt and 1 teaspoon sugar. Spread the lady fingers on the glasses and sprinkle with the liqueur milk. First put berries, then the yoghurt into the glasses. Sprinkle yoghurt with approx. 1/2 tsp. sugar each and caramel with the gas burner.
