Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 2 Pork fillets (approx. 750 g )
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 10 discs Bacon
  • 20 half soft dried plums
  • 20 Cocktail skewers

Directions

    Dab the meat dry and cut into about 20 medallions. Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side. Seasoning, cooling down

    Cut the bacon in half crosswise and leave it crispy in hot frying fat. Drain and let cool off. Put a slice of bacon and plum on each medallion
