Defrost shrimps at room temperature, rinse and drain well
Peel the garlic and dice it roughly. Wash lemon hot, grate dry and cut into slices. Wash bay leaf and rosemary, shake dry
Lightly heat the oil and butter in a frying pan. Sauté the garlic, rosemary and lemon slices for about 5 minutes. Increase the heat, add the prawns and cook for approx. 3 minutes, turning until the prawns are almost ready.
Deglaze with wine, season with salt, cayenne pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Remove the pan from the heat and let the prawns simmer in the closed pan for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop them. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving
