Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 250 g raw shrimps (without head, with shell)
  • 2 small, red peppers
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 6 Organic eggs (size M)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Defrost peas at room temperature. Meanwhile peel the shrimps, except for the tail fin, and remove the intestines if necessary. Wash shrimps and pat dry. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Wash the dill, pluck flags from the stalks and cut finely

    Whisk eggs, dill and milk. Season well with salt and pepper. All ingredients

    mix and fill into a greased pizza tray (26 cm Ø). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 35 minutes. Cut into pieces. Serve with a mixed salad
