Basil and lemon marinade

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 piece(s) (30 g) Ginger tuber
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 250 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the ginger. Halve the lemon and squeeze it. Wash basil, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Mix ginger, lemon juice, basil and oil and puree briefly.

    Season to taste with coarse pepper. Marinate grilled food with it.
