Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 150 g Cream-Yoghurt
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 1/4 Iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) Corn grains
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS oil, gyros spice salt
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 1 cobbled flatbread

Directions

    Peel the garlic. Stir yoghurt and lemon juice until smooth. Press the garlic in. Season with salt, pepper and sugar

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain the corn. Mix everything. Peel onion. Wash the fillet, dab dry and cut both into strips

    Brown the meat in hot oil all around, take it out. Sauté onion in hot frying fat. Add meat. Season with gyros spice and oregano

    Quarter the bread and cut a pocket into each. Fill with salad mix, meat and yoghurt sauce
