Sweet sandwich with yoghurt cream

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 50 g Chocolate icing (e.g. from the bottle; v. Lindt)
  • 1 (400 g; bought ready) Lemon box cake
  • 1 jar (500 g) red fruit pudding
  • 8 Peach halves (tin)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 75 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Place bottle with glaze in hot water for about 10 minutes

    Cut the cake into 8 slices. Spread half red fruit jelly on top. Place one half of a peach on each. Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanilla sugar to trickle in

    Fold the yoghurt into the cream and put it as a blob on the sandwiches. Decorate with glaze and mint. Add the rest of the jelly
