Halve the yellow grapefruit and squeeze the juice. Wash 1 pink grapefruit hot and dab dry. For decoration cut off approx. 2 slices. Halve and put aside
Peel the remaining pink grapefruits so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the flesh into thin slices and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Leave to stand for a short time
Mix soured milk, cream yoghurt, grapefruit juice and vanillin sugar until smooth. Season to taste with about 3 tbsp. sugar
Divide the peeled grapefruit slices into 4 tall glasses. Pour the soured milk cream on top. Decorate with grapefruit and possibly with lemon balm
Grapefruits contain particularly high levels of vitamin C and are also low in calories
