Mozzarella tomatoes au gratin with minced meat

  • 1 glass Mozzarella tomatoes (from the other recipe 54-310a)
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g mixed minced meat, 150 g crème fraîche
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella tomatoes and collect the oil. Peel onions and garlic. Cut onion into slices, chop garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil (use the remaining oil for other purposes). Fry the onions and garlic.

    Add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Stir in crème fraiche. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Put the minced meat and mozzarella tomatoes in a flat casserole dish. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes
