Cream 125 g butter, sugar, vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with crème fraîche and cream
Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Bake about 8 waffles one after the other. Dust the waffles with icing sugar and serve with red fruit jelly. Crème fraîche goes well with them
