Ham-spike with asparagus

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g mixed asparagus (white and green)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 package (90 g) Hearty boiled ham, Pomeranian style, cooked on a skewer
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and chervil

Directions

    Cut turkey into strips Wash the asparagus. Peel white asparagus. Peel only the lower third of the green asparagus. Cut off the woody ends briefly. Halve the asparagus spears. Bring plenty of salted water to the boil.

    Cook white asparagus for 15-20 minutes, green asparagus for about 8 minutes. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Loosely beat 1 slice of boiled ham on top of each other and put a stick of asparagus through the hole. Serve the remaining asparagus in portions. Sprinkle the marinade with fresh herbs and season with salt, pepper and chilli.
