Soup greens and potatoes clean or peel, wash and chop. Wash and chop parsley. Cut sausages into slices
Stir the parsley into the soup, except for 1 tablespoon. Puree the soup, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add soup greens and potatoes and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Stir more often. Heat the sausages in the soup. Season to taste and sprinkle with the remaining parsley. Garnish with marjoram
