Pea soup with sausages

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 250 g green peas
  • 1 TEASPOON dried marjoram
  • 3 tablespoons (30 g) Porcini yeast broth (instant)
  • 1 collar Soup Greens
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

    Peel and quarter the onion. Boil up 1 1/2 l water, peas, onion and marjoram. Stir in the stock and simmer everything covered over a low heat for about 1 hour. Stir several times

    Soup greens and potatoes clean or peel, wash and chop. Wash and chop parsley. Cut sausages into slices

    Stir the parsley into the soup, except for 1 tablespoon. Puree the soup, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add soup greens and potatoes and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Stir more often. Heat the sausages in the soup. Season to taste and sprinkle with the remaining parsley. Garnish with marjoram
