Ingredients

  • 75 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 12 Shrimps (approx. 40 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cilantro
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 750 g (calculate 30 g) Frying fat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and coriander

Directions

    Mix flour, baking powder, egg, 1 tablespoon of oil and wine to a smooth dough. Peel the prawns and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns and cut them up to the tip of the tail. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt. For the sauce, peel the garlic and press it through the press. Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and garlic. Season to taste with salt, some ground coriander and cayenne pepper.

    Wash and sort the salad. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Beat the remaining oil into it. Pour the marinade over the salad and arrange on plates. Pull the prawns through the dough and fry in hot frying fat. Arrange the sauce and prawns garnished with lemon and coriander green also on the salad plates
