Fried Prawns on Toast - Arctic prawns on roasted white bread

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 500 g Arctic sea shrimps in brine or cooked and peeled scampi
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 1/2 Perennial celery
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 6 discs White bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Drain the shrimps well. Wash lemon hot and rub dry. Cut off ends, cut lemon into 6 slices. Clean, wash and slice the celery. Peel onion and chop finely.

    Wash the parsley, shake dry and cut the leaves into strips.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large frying pan. Fry the slices of bread briefly on each side. Remove and place on plates.

    Heat the rest of the butter in the frying fat. Steam onion, celery, prawns and lemon for about 5 minutes while stirring. Remove lemon slices after approx. 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Cut 4 strips from parchment. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/gas: see manufacturer). Rinse fish and pat dry. Place fish fillets one by one on the paper strips, twist together at the ends, spread curry tomato sauce on the fish fillets. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Close the parchment strips to form packets. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Rice tastes good with it
