Tiramisu four times different: With Cigarette Russe, orange slices and meringue crumbs

Ingredients

  • 200 ml warm espresso
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 75 g sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS coffee liqueur
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 4 Oranges
  • 3 packages (110 g each) Rolls of pastry (Cigarette Russes)
  • 40 g pink meringue tuffs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa powder

Directions

    Mix espresso, 2 tablespoons of sugar and coffee liqueur and let it cool down. Mix mascarpone, quark and 75 g sugar. Peel 3 oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut oranges into slices. Set aside some pastry rolls for decoration. Line the bottom of a rectangular form (approx. 15 x 30 cm) with half of the remaining pastry rolls, sprinkle with half of the espresso and spread approx. 1/4 of the cream on top. Cover with orange slices, spread 1/4 of the cream again and spread the other half of Cigarette Russes on top. Drizzle with espresso and spread the rest of the cream on top. Chill for about 3 hours. Peel the remaining orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the orange into slices. Crumble the meringue. Sprinkle Tiramisu with cocoa, sprinkle with meringue crumbs, cut into pieces and serve. Decorate with orange slices and the remaining Cigarette Russes
