Clean and wash the salad. Crumble the gorgonzola roughly. Mix nut oil, vinegar and 5 tablespoons of water well and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Add the cranberries. Wash the pear, rub dry, quarter it, remove the core.
Cut quarters into thin slices. Before serving, mix salad, vinaigrette, pears and cheese well in a large bowl.
